The Ultrotherm system
The Ultrotherm system includes 12mm insulation tiles, 8mm reveal tiles for around windows and doors, bonding adhesives and plastic trim beads, including an innovative insulated bead for use around windows and doors.
Ultrotherm 12mm tile. Each tile measures 1000 x 500mm. Supplied in packs of 10 (5m2).
Ultrotherm 8mm reveal tile for window and door reveals. Each tiles measures 1000 x 230mm. Supplied in packs of 5 (1.15m2).
Ultrotherm adhesive. Used for bonding Ultrotherm tiles and Ultrotherm reveal tiles. Supplied in a 10kg tub (covers up to 10m 2 or 20 Ultrotherm tiles).
Ultrotherm Spray Adhesive. Ultrotherm spray adhesive is used for the fast application and bonding of Ultrotherm tiles and Ultrotherm reveal tiles. The adhesive is supplied in 500ml cans. 2 cans are required for each pack of 10 Ultrotherm tiles and 1 can for each pack of reveal tiles. The adhesive is supplied with the tiles but can be purchased separately.
Ultrotherm insulated plastic trim beads for use around window and door frames to reduce cold bridging. Also allow windows and doors to be replaced without damaging the insulation system. Supplied in 2.5 metre lengths.
Ultrotherm plastic angle beads for use around all external angles. Supplied in 2.5 metre lengths.
Ultrotherm mini box beads are used to prevent compression of the insulation where brackets are to be secured to the wall such as for hand rails, curtain poles, shelves and so on. The mini box beads are slotted into the Ultrotherm insulation before plastering. Once plastered the outline of the mini box bead can be seen to guide the positioning of the bracket.
Ultrotherm double back box beads are used around double sockets and switches to facilitate a professional plaster finish and prevent over tightening of the electrical fitting.
Ultrotherm single back box beads are used around single sockets and switches to facilitate a professional plaster finish and prevent over tightening of the electrical fitting.
